WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR THE YARD SALE?
The Yard Sale is Friday ONLY, ______________________, at the Massey house in the
big barn on 32nd Street by the Fire Hall in Gobles. Look for the signs.
Hopefully, we can avoid foul weather by having the sale inside.
WHEN SHOULD I BRING MY STUFF?
Bring your stuff to the Massey’s either WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY NIGHT, ___________________________, from
5 - 8 p.m.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
-GOOD STUFF THAT PEOPLE WILL BUY
-BAKED GOODS THAT ARE YUMMY AND PEOPLE WILL DROOL OVER
Bring anything that is good that you think someone would buy. Baked goods should be under plastic wrap. If you bring something big, be sure to call Friday night to see if it sold and whether you should pick it up or have us donate it to the curb for some lucky trash picker.

-ON HANGARS - COATS, SUITS, DRESSES, GOOD CLOTHES
The price tag should only have a price - no initials or names are necessary. Please price reasonable.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE ON FRIDAY?
Do you want to? Do you have the time? Are you old enough to fold tarps or take money? If you want to help, call Denise at 628-5001 and we’ll talk.
DO YOU NEED ANY SIGNS?
There will be a big sign out front and on the corners in Gobles and CR 388/32nd Street. We might need someone to staple up fliers in town.
CAN MY GRANDMA COME EARLY ON THURSDAY NIGHT TO GET THE GOOD STUFF?
NO! NO! NO! NO! Whenever we have a yard sale, this is ALWAYS a problem. One year a little old lady threatened to beat me up because I sold something to a man who had to be to work early and she wanted to buy it too. The yard sale starts at 9:00 A.M. FRIDAY!!!!!!!! NOTHING--NOTHING will be sold before then!
(SECRET: If you are a club member and you want something on Thursday night, you could probably put it back somewhere and then pay for it on Friday. THIS IS A SECRET! I don’t want that little old lady coming back to haunt me.)
