Motorcycle Race Fund Raiser

WHY?
Member dues will be used to pay for postage and supplies to keep members notified of meeting dates/times and opportunities through the Cooperative Extension Office and Young Explorers.

In 2000, funds from the June yard sale were used to purchase supplies and build dog agility equipment for the club and the Van Buren Youth Fair.

Funds are also used to buy supplies and food for the annual cook-out and awards banquet.

HOW?
There will traditionally be two fundraisers each year, one is coordinated with the Van Buren County Leaders Association. One year we sold candy bars, another year we sold cookbooks, a different year we had a 50/50 raffle. The first Friday of June, a yard sale is held where items donated by members and the public will be sold.

CONGRATULATIONS TO
Allison and Grant Miller

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
If you are a member of the 4-H Young Explorers, you may participate by selling fundraiser items or helping at the yard sale.

If you are a member of the community, parent, family, or friend of a 4-H member, we'd appreciate your support by buying fundraising items and yard sale items. You may also purchase livestock and crafts at the Fair each year in July and proceeds will go directly to the member who raised the animal.

Cash gifts are always accepted and should be sent to: Young Explorers, 14961 32nd Street, Gobles, MI 49055. To donate items for the yard sale, contact Denise Noble, Key Leader, at (269) 628-5001.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR SUPPORT
