Members are to attend the three required meetings annually. For dates contact Denise Massey by e-mail below or check the schedule. |
If members are unable to attend, they are to immediately notify Denise Massey for an excused absence. Members will bring snacks as requested by the Club. |
Members agree to attend project meetings and complete projects as required by their individual project leader. |
Members agree to to complete an educational activity for each animal that they take to the Fair. If they choose, members may also prepare a poster or notebook for each animal that they take to the Fair. (See
Notebook Guidelines below). The project leader will review the member’s work and determine if they have met the standards of completion. Members will follow the leader’s decision regarding whether they are prepared to take a project to the Fair. If there is disagreement, the member can request a review by the Leaders Committee. |
Members will complete the Fair Registration forms on time and completely. |
Members will keep track of their participation in 4-H each year, keeping a log of what projects they submit and what activities they participate in. They agree to do this because it may be useful in the future when applying for scholarships, medals, or employment. |
Members will pay $1500 annually per member for 4-H fees or as a family unit, $30.00 per family. |
Members will actively participate in any fundraising activity selected by the Club. To apply for county scholarships, members MUST participate in the county-wide 4-H Fundraiser. |
Members will honor the spirit of 4-H in friendship, community, and health. |
