




| Breeding rabbits must be in possession of the exhibitor by May 1 preceding the Fair. |
| Rabbit exhibitors may sign up six single and a market pen of three rabbits. Rabbit exhibitors will be allowed to show four single entries and a market pen of three rabbits. |
| Dress Code: White pants with long-sleeved white shirt. Optional dark pants - no blue jeans. |
| Best and Best Opposite ribbons will be awarded for all breed classes. |
| All exhibitors must show in a showmanship class. The Showmanship rabbit must be one of the single entries or one of the market rabbits. |
Rabbit market pens shall weigh 3 ½ to 5 lbs. Per rabbit at 69 days of age or younger as of show day. Market pens must be a commercial breed and owned by exhibitor by June 15 preceding the Fair.

Rabbit judging will be based on the A.R.B.A. Standard of Perfection, P.O. Box 426, Bloomington, IL 61701.

No crossbred rabbits will be allowed to show.

| All rabbits are to be tattoed. |
Padlocks on cages are optional. The Van Buren Youth Fair, superintendents, leaders, and SMAC are not responsible for lost, escaped, or stolen rabbits. |
| Grand and Reserve Grand Champion Market Animals must be sold at the auction. All exhibitors may sell their market animals, but they must inform the division superintendent by the required deadline. |
| Per Young Explorers Rules, each exhibitor must complete an educational project on Rabbit Animals. All notebooks to be judged must conform to the Van Buren County notebook rules. |
