| KOKO was accepted as an honorary member of the Young Explorers 4-H Club in 2001. She was born on July 4, 1971, making her the oldest member in the Young Explorers. |
| Many people are associated with Koko through her book, "Koko's Kitten", where she received her first kitten and promptly named her All Ball. When All Ball died, Koko's next kitten was Lipstick, a yellow-striped kitten. Her current cat is a grey household named Smoky. |
